The introductory HTO-1/0 bridge saw is a fully programmable model with manual, auto simple and multiple simple settings. The HTO-1/0 also features a tilting table and tilting head. The HTO-1/B is a powerful model whose 20 HP motor can cut approximately 120 lineal ft. of 3 cm. (1.18-in.) material per hour. With a head that can tilt 90 degrees, and a hydraulic tilting table, the HTO-1/B can process marble and granite quickly and precisely. The HTO-2/H cutting machine is ideal for sawing large blocks of granite or other building stones.

The LTT 621 and LTH 721 are high speed horizontal machines that produce a multitude of toroidal edges without the use of a profile wheel. LCH 711 M is another ultra-fast horizontal model designed specifically for straight and beveled edges.

Limited work space is never a concern with Marmo Meccanica USA's compact vertical edge polishing machines. The LCT 522 CAI multi-profiler and LCV 711 M straight polishers are true work horses. The LBF 1 single head machine is especially suited to small and medium sized shops for producing all types of radius edge work. The most exciting feature of our CNC machines is their easy to learn AutoCAD-lite software. Writing a new program for a sink typically takes about 10 minutes and running the program is a simple two-step process. This user friendly programming reduces design time and increases flexibility on your special 3D jobs. Process granite, marble and other natural and engineered stone surfaces with ease on any one of our three rugged 3-axis milling machines:

• The compact CTEC 2, with a 110" X 47" work table, is ideal for cutting and finishing sink cut-outs as well as fabricating small to medium sized projects.
• CTEC 3 with its 122" X 62" work table space allows machining of full slabs up to 12.5" thick!
• The CTEC 4 features an automatic tool changer and 126" X 62" table to compliment this line of truly versatile fabricating equipment.
